Returns for “Not as Expected,” Change of Mind, or Other Reasons

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery
  • Return Method: Return & Refund (default)
  • Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
  • Restocking Fee: May be charged, up to a maximum of 20%

Returns for Wrong, Missing, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery
  • Processing Methods:
    • Return & Refund
    • Replacement
    • Returnless Refund
  • Shipping Fees: MIA Accessories covers all original and return shipping fees
  • Restocking Fee: Not applicable

MIA Accessories Order Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with MIA Accessories may be eligible for cancellation depending on the current Order Status.

  • Newly Placed Orders: Buyers may cancel orders before they are confirmed by MIA Accessories.
  • Confirmed Orders: Buyers must contact MIA Accessories via chat to request cancellation. If payment has already been captured, MIA Accessories will issue a refund without penalty. However, cancellation approval depends on shipment preparation status.
  • Shipped Orders: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return under the MIA Accessories Return Policy and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) guidelines.
  • Vendor-Initiated Cancellations: MIA Accessories reserves the right to cancel items or orders due to inventory availability or operational constraints.
