Return Policy

For returns due to reasons such as not as expected or change of mind, the Return Window is 7 days from delivery, and the default method is Return & Refund although a Returnless Refund may be granted by the vendor. In these cases, the buyer may be responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged. For returns involving wrong, missing, damaged, or defective items, the Return Window is extended to 14 days, and processing methods include Return & Refund, Replacement, or Returnless Refund. The vendor covers all original and return shipping fees for these fault-based issues, and no restocking fee will be applied.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Unshipped orders or specific items are eligible for cancellation depending on the current Order Status. Buyers can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor. Once an order is Confirmed, the buyer must contact the vendor via chat to request cancellation; if the payment was captured, the vendor will issue a refund without penalty, but cancellation may not be possible depending on the shipment preparation status. Any order that has already Shipped cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return subject to the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) guidelines outlined in the Return Policy. Separately, the vendor reserves the right to cancel items or orders due to inventory issues or other operational constraints.

  • Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
